Hi Amanda and Andrew -
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the David Moses Culvert Replacement project, which
proposes to impact 0.051 acre of wetland to replace an 80-ft culvert with a 30-ft culvert through a wetland in
Watauga County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this project. Thank you for
allowing me the opportunity to review these projects.
