Dear Mr. Lambert,
On May 12, 2022, Gary Hudson of this office met with you to perform a Compliance
Evaluation Inspection at the above referenced wastewater collection system. This type
of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection
of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were
evaluated during this inspection.
The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. If you have any questions regarding the

Inspection Summary:
*The permit became effective on 6/26/2018 and will epire on 5/31/2026.
*A FOG flyer is on the Community News Chanel and is also mailed in utility bills once per year.
*Mr. Lambert and his staff do a very good job with record keeping of all maintenance and inspection activities.
*The county has a good Spill Response Action Plan that is updated periodially.
*The wastewater collection system appeared to be well maintained and operated. No discrepancies were noted during this
inspection.
