I have compiled all the information from Sanford, concerning the proposed laydown yard for the Maple Cypress
Project. The attached email is Jay Johnson's environmental assessment, which notes there is no encroachment in any
environmentally sensitive areas. Could you review and sign at your convenance, as Sanford is ready to install the silt
fence around the perimeter of the site and begin storing materials.
