If you could please email me a Renewal Cover Letter for this project I can use that letter and this email chain as the re- issuance/renewal request and also include the General Permit Verification Form I will be able to enter this into our tracking system to properly assign it for review. I was going to issue this renewal because it has already been permitted and talked about ad nauseum for several years, but the information you submitted under this project renewal was for the round about in Union County.
