Inspection Summary:
The facility stores drums outside that have the contents transferred between containment vessels as well as drum loading
outside the loading dock.
Byproducts from the process are are dumped in dumpsters outside with equipment
The dumpster area has trash, debris and metal shavings from the product processing on the ground around the dumpsters
and the lids and plugs for the dumpsters are damaged or missing
Pallets are stored outside and are only hauled off about every 3 to 4 months
The facility doesn't qualify for a no exposer and has a number of areas that will require SOP's be developed to insure that
loading and unloading of materials are done in a environmentally safe manner and there are areas that need preventive
maintenance and goodhouskeeping protocals developed.
All materials should be stored in a location that will prevent spills and leaks and prevent accidents from happening in areas
inside and outside the facility.
