The development pattern for the Town is well established, and the facility expansion will not be growth inducing. Nonetheless, the Town of Oak Island commits to requiring on-site stormwater management measures (such as level spreaders, bioretention, riparian buffers or constructed wetlands) for any additional development that takes place.
