On May 26, 2022, staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) performed a Compliance
Evaluation Inspection of the of the remediation system at the subject site to determine
compliance with remediation activities as per permit NCG510500.
Overall, the facility was found to be compliant with the permit.
When appropriate, the request to rescind this permit must be made in writing to the NPDES
permitting group in Raleigh.
