Dear Ms. Armeni,
Per the Notice of Violation for Skyline Lodge & Village WWTP; the parameter results
for BOD exceeded the daily maximum on 03/24/22 & 03/29/22 due to an excessive
amount of oil and grease being flushed through the WWTP, thus making the monthly
average exceed as well. The new owners of the Lodge were not aware that they had a
grease trap and it overflowed and flooded the wwtp. The wwtp was pumped out
completely and re -seeded. Since this incident, there have been no other exceedances.
