The Asheville Regional Office is requesting that a separate electronic copy (preferred) or hard copy be sent to the regional office for the foreseeable future. The monitoring report should be sent on or before that last working day of the month following the sampling month. The monitoring report should include the GW-59 form, GW-59A form, laboratory analytical report, and any available field data (i.e., temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, pH, oxidation reduction potential, water level, and turbidity).
