Thank you for getting this information to us, and apologies again for the long delay. I noticed there are 5 different entries for BV Hedrick in our Permit Database (attached to various permits over the years). All of them have the correct address and list you as the Owner -Owner Affiliation, but they should be consolidated, especially ahead of any eDMR registration, to reduced confusion. The first two below list the company as it appears in the NC Secretary of State's website. The second one is associated with the wastewater permit (NC0028169), which is the one I'm inclined to consolidate everything under. Do you know if that permit is already registered in eDMR to report wastewater program data? Then it would be an advantage to just put everything under that Owner Entity in our system. See the details below it. If that one looks appropriate, I'll work on the consolidation on our end so that all the permits listed are attached to that same entry.
