Thanks for the response, Steve. Anyone within the MCB Camp LeJeune Organization who is delegated authority from
the Legally Responsible Individual (Neal Paul) can resubmit it. It just needs to be requested by the Permittee instead of a
different party.
We should probably make this requirement more clear on our form like we do for our other NCG01 applications to avoid
confusion. We'll make revisions to improve that!
Thanks,
Bethany

adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging

Bethany
I submitted the modification request. I'm the project manager in charge of the construction project. If not me, should
that request come from Brian O'Mara (DOR) or Talia?

Good morning,
We are reviewing this modification request and noticed that the submitter appears to be from a different organization
than the permittee (who is listed as "MCB Camp Lejeune" on the permit). Is that correct?
Modification requests must be submitted by an authorized individual within the Permittee organization.
