Jay,
We have recorded over 3 inches of rain on the Havelock project in just over 24
hours. The contractor responded within 30 minutes of the rain stopping and is
actively working on the area. As far as we can tell, there was no loss of material
from this event. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Material has breached special sediment control fence at sta 274+50 -L- Rt (site 22). At this time, solids do not appear to
have made it to Right ofWay but rain continues. No other losses are evident but there are a couple more areas of
concern. Will reassess site after rain
