Subject: APPROVAL OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN MODIFICATION
Middlesex Corporate Center Shell Building Lot #1

Dear Mr. Druga:

The Division of Water Resources (Division) recently received a request from Stocks Engineering
on your behalf to modify the existing stormwater management plan (SMP) as approved by the
Division on August 21, 2017 and January 29, 2018 (versions 6 and 7).

The Division hereby approves the change of Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) type from a bio-
retention basin to a wet pond with the maximum allowable drainage area and built-upon area
remain unchanged (430,808 ft2 and 255,137 ft2). All associated stormwater conveyances, inlet and
outlet structures, and the grading and drainage patterns as depicted on plan sheets dated October
14, 2021, are incorporated by reference and are enforceable by the Division. Maintenance activities
for stormwater management device(s) shall be performed in accordance with the notarized O&M
agreements signed by you (Michael Druga) on May 13, 2022. All other aspects of the stormwater
management plan shall continue as previously approved by the Division.
