Mr. Hayes,
Raising Cane's Restaurants is in receipt of your letter dates May 10, 2022. It has just made it to me from the mail room.
The subject incident was related to a power failure to the grinder pump. The was triggered by interior demolition on the
building which powers the grinder pump. As soon as the power failure was discovered, power was restored. This grinder
pump will be removed in lieu of a gravity sewer main which is in permitting with Orange Water and Sewer Authority.
Approval from OWASA is expected any time now.
I am not local, so I have copied our Construction department and the General Contractor for any further action or
documentation required.
