Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on May 26, 2022. No one was
present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
-Station 12+83 RT - Maintain silt fence outlet.
-Station 11+63 LT - 12+93 LT - Lateral V Ditch needs better ground cover for stability. Maintain checks.
- Station 13+00 - Demolition debris and construction waste needs to be removed from the stream.
NPDES records were up to date. Ground cover is needed per NPDES stabilization timeframes.
