Inspection Summary:
This is an AR review for permit WQ0006245. A site visit was performed in March of 2022 to review the process for the
generation of the Class A product.
The MRO is happy to report that population formulas for PAN and SAR were presented in the AR for all four quarters.
The permittee provides information to the receiver regarding how the residual material is to be handled and properly blended.

Comment: Lime Stabilization Records are included in the AR. The Lime Stabilization records support
adequate reduction has occurred to cause enough pathogen reduction to qualify the residual
to be a Class "A" product.
