and greenways.

The site is located in Apex NC in Wake County, off Hunter Street. From US 1 south of Raleigh, exit on Ten
Ten Rd. Turn left at the top of the ramp (toward Apex) -you will be on Center Street. Turn right on Apex
Peakway and continue to the stop sign. Turn left onto Hunter Street, go through one stop light and the site will
be on the right -entrance is through a break in the trees to an open field lust before the Town of Apex complex
entrance on the left.
Proposed impacts: 4.44 Acres of 404/401 wetlands
0.43 Acres of isolated wetlands
3007 Linear feet of streams

or 5/11/OS (see attached photo) -buffer calls on north section of property. Calls requested here are for
southern section which was acquired more recently. Isolated wetlands (as determined by USACE) are located
on northern section of property.

regarding detailed procedures for full application (Note: Submittals of the review packages on Friday after 12:00 pm
will be stamped as received on the next business day).
