This is in response to your letter dated August 23, 2007 regarding additional
information for the Mariner's Point application, DWQ Project # 07 1367. I have
attached the requested information to this letter and by copy of this letter, forwarding
five copies to Ian McMillian.
1. Copies of the agent authorization form.
2. Copies of the verified wetland plat approved by the Corps of Engineers. (Note
that the project at that time, 10/25/05, was referenced as Crab Point Bay)
3. If the Corps of Engineers requests "deed notifications/restrictive covenants"
on any wetland area, we will prepare and submit notarized copies of such
covenants to DWQ and the Corps.
