above referenced property.

As of yet, I have been unable to schedule n meeting with Lauren Cobb concerning the intermittent
stream referenced in the request for more information letter sent to us. The stream in question
was classified an intermittent stream by USACE, however, NCDWQ classified the stream in 2006
ns perennial. We would like to hove that stream evaluated again to reach consensus. Regardless of
the perennial/intermittent classification, we offered mitigation for the impacts on that stream.
The scale on the original full sized site plan sent to you is correct. The scale on the 11x17 versions
of the site plan is not correct as it is n scaled down version of the original. We will, however, send
to you five copies of the 11X17 version with the correct scale.
The final determination on the riprap apron will be dependent on the steam evaluation of the stream
in question, ns we ore trying to calculate the correct amount of required mitigation.
