I just have a few things that caught my eye that I had questions about. They are as follows: 1.why wasn’t the degraded agricultural pipe removed & replaced at UT-3 as proposed in the Mitigation Plan? 2.page 6, RS states that vegetation will be recorded between June 1 and October 30. However, DWR does not support vegetation sampling until late August at the earliest. 3.when we were out visiting Terrible Creek @ closeout, we both noticed a lot of crush stone placed at the location where RS removed and installed a pipe at UT-5. This particular area was the southernmost end of UT-5 just North of the Terrible Creek project. You had mentioned that you would ask about that, and whether the stone was actually placed in the stream or not & if some of that stone needed to be removed. Was there any follow-up by EEP on this? Thanks for giving me the opportunity to review this document. The direction I received from Jessica was to send you the FINAL version of the As-built Baseline report for your files. This document basically tells us what RS did and what they planted and how they are going to monitor the site. I don’t believe you really need to comment on this, but if when you are looking through it if something catches your eye or you see something that concerns you, please let me know and I will pass that along to RS. Who has been assigned this project now over at EEP? Also, Jessica would want me to review these type of docs and then report back to her with any comments or questions I may have. Is EEP requesting this same process?
