A compensatory mitigation proposal was not provided with your application for the 0.10-acre of proposed wetland
impacts. Please note that the Corps may determine that a site visit is warranted for this project when construction
begins. During the site visit, if it is determined that impacts exceed the 0.10-acre threshold, compensatory mitigation
would be required.
