After reviewing the request and the information provided, we agree that under the circumstances debiting the CWMB for stream, riparian wetland, and non - riparian wetland impacts associated with these projects will be acceptable. Please note that this request was reviewed under its own merit and future requests to utilize credits from the CWMB will need to be reviewed and approved accordingly.
