My supervisor cannot issue with what we current have in the applications. Here is what I need:
Locke
• Application mentions "bare,eroded" Picture shows already stabilized. Need to explain why more isneeded.
• Need to correct the application to match current conditions.
• Is this an after the fact authorization or has the current riprap been permitted?
• Please show current and proposed impacts, including diagram as discussed earlier and as described in the help
document.
Need to show (describe) linear footage of shoreline to be impacted

• The photo provided shows a gentle slope, is this the area that needs stabilization? Do not see any eroded
area. Looks like vegetation and mulch in this area and accomplish stabilization.
• Is the bank height 2 feet or less? If so, according to Duke Lake Management, only bioengineering or enhanced
riprap can be used. See their vvebsitefor more info.
• Oris the lake level up over the erosion? |f so, please send a picture demonstrating the erosion.
• Please show current and proposed impacts, including diagram as discussed earlier and as described in the help
document.

Just need to confirm ... On these 3 apps I needed to include a GP30 ?? From US Army Coprs of Engineers? I
thought that was only required on dredge apps.
