Mr. Zhang,
This email is in response to the aforementioned NOV for exceedance of the NH3 limit 2/28/22. The plant
was beset with issues due to problems with the blowers and the pump station. Both were repaired but the
bio-mass suffered during the disruption. We have worked continuously to bring the facility back into
compliance. We repaired the blowers and the lift station pumps the beginning of March.
At no time we lost any solids or discharged untreated waste into our receiving stream. We could not
sufficiently treat the waste to the degree our permit required.
