The inspection was conducted in part as a follow-up to hurricane "Fran" that impacted numerous wastewater treatment and collection facilities in North Carolina. . The report should be self-explanatory and contains information obtained during the inspection. Should you discover damage to the. wastewater treatment or collection system not previously reported, please FAX an updated report to this office at (910) 486-0707 as soon as possible. COMMENTS: FISH KILLS None Lumber River had high flows which has the typical swamp like dark color. This facility was shut down in preparation for Hurricane Fran and the power was off for approximately 14 hours. ' No damages to WWT equipment associated with Hurricane Fran. . .
