1. According to the DMR reports reviewed for the period March 1995 through January
1996, the plant's effluent was in compliance with the NPDES permit's limits except
for one (1) exceedence for BOD in March 1995, for which an "NOV" was issued
(addressed in a former report).
2. A sampling inspection confirmed and supports permit compliance.
