Laboratories that submit two unacceptable results for a
particular parameter must then submit two consecutive acceptable
results for that parameter prior to initial certification. ref:
15A NCAC 2H .0805 (2)(c) pa. 5
For laboratories seeking initial certification, the State
Laboratory will provide two performance samples for each
parameter at no charge; however, a fee of one hundred dollars
($100.00) per sample will be charged for all samples after the
first two have been supplied. ref: 15A NCAC 2H .0806 (j) pg. 8
