On March 15th 2022 we pulled effluent samples for toxicities and our total suspended solids
and turbidity. Unfortunately when the lab representative
picked up our samples they some how failed to perform TSS and Turbidity checks at lab
although it was clearly marked on Chain of Custody paperwork.
This lab has always provided excellent service for us and I know it was an honest mistake but a
mistake was made resulting in a monitoring violation for
the Town of Highlands. Please accept our explanation for this unfortunate circumstance.
