No Compliance Evaluation Inspection has been performed due to the fact that this
facility has not been built. The facility was designed as a groundwater'remediation plant
due to pesticide contamination. Currently, the groundwater is being remediated by
monitored natural attenuation and the treatment plant is considered the back-up remedy.
After having spoken with Mr. Dale Voykin, Senior Hydrologist I ith URS Corporation
and ORC of the site, he foresees the need to build the treatment plant within a few years.
He feels that the current remediation process will not be a sufficilent remedy and the plant
will need to be built to achieve the final objectives for remediation.
