Currently, groundwater remediation is occurring by natural attenuation 'and the
wastewater treatment plant is considered a back-up remedy. The treatment plant has yet
to be built due to the natural attenuation remediation. f II
After having spoken with Mr. Dale Voykin, Senior Hydrologist with UiRS Corporation
and ORC of the site this past April ('04), the foresees the need to built the treatment plant
in the next few years because the current process will not meet the final! objectives for
remediation.
A site visit was performed on September 16, 2004. This visit was to verify that the
treatment facility has not been constructed.
