The future discharge will be located near the dam which is located on the south end of Aberdeen Lake. I verified that the facility has not begun any discharge from the subject facility. A 4 inch PVC pipe was discovered during the inspection with some (small amount) discharge of water. There appeared to be some shine or shimmer on the bank of the stream where the discharge is occurring. It appeared to be possibly iron bacteria. I contacted Mr. Ricky Monroe - Public Works Director -Town of Aberdeen- (910)944-7012 and questioned what this pipe was and it is a tow drain pipe used to drain the dam from excess water. The drain was placed in this area approximately 4 years ago when the dam was repaired. Mr. Monroe said he would fax or mail me the drawings which will show the direction of the pipe. Follow up will be done. ..)'► Belinda S. Henson Environmental Chemist
