The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) Stormwater Permitting Program
acknowledges receipt of the updated Post-Construction Stormwater Program, which was submitted
for review and approval on May 17, 2024. The May 2022 NCDOT Post-Construction Stormwater
Program is hereby approved as submitted. NCDOT may begin implementation of the approved
May 2022 plan.
