Dear Mr.Pitner.
In response to your letter dated March 24,2002 regarding the above referenced incident we would like
to give the explanation listed below.
On March 16,2022 we were advised that the poultry litter pile must be covered. We were unaware of
the guidelines regarding the purchasing and spreading of the poultry litter. We immediately started
work to cover the pile and had it completed within a three day period. It was completely covered and
sealed. However,during the next few weeks the winds were extraordinarily high and the cover came
apart.
From this point forward we will be sure to comply with the guidelines.
