To avoid legal action by the AGO, you must pay the full amount listed above no
later than June 24, 2022. Make checks payable to NC DEQ and include the case
number[s] on the check[s] submitted.

In addition to payment of the penalty, the violations addressed bythese

assessments and any impacts to waters of the State must be abated and
properly resolved. Additional assessments may be levied for future, continuing, or
other violations beyond the scope of these specific assessments. You are encouraged
to contact the DEQ Washington Regional Office at (252) 946-6481 if you need
assistance in achieving compliance at the site.
