permit(s), the site is found to be in compliance with the approved plans and City Code. All
required stormwater certifications, surveys and approvals have been received and approved.
All temporary measures have been removed and permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain
erosion has been established.

Proceed to deg.nc.gov/NCGOI to submit a Notice of Termination (NOT)request to terminate
NCGOI permit coverage. Please note that this Certificate must be uploaded as part of completing
the NOT process. Once the NOT is approved, continued self-monitoring of the project for
NCGOI compliance will no longer be required.
