Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on May 11,2022. Jimmy Ownby
was present during the inppection. NPDES records are up to date. Site is compliant with the 401 Water Quality
Certification.
-Ensure that NPDES groundcover stabilization requirements are being met.
-Recommend having a contingency plan for mechanical failures associated with the pump and during large rain events
while excavation of culvert area is being conducted. Jimmy and I discussed this during the inspection.
