Mr. Cole,
I have reviewed the above referenced project and need the following comments/questions addressed to evaluate the
proposed activities.
1) It is unclear based on the exhibits provided but it appears that the grading at Impact Area 4 would impact
Stream Feature S4 and potentially additional wetlands. I georeferenced jurisdictional features on the impacts
maps for reference (see attached). Please clearly label the stream start point and depict the stream west of
Impact Area #4. Additionally, Please zoom out at Impact area #4 so I can see the entirety of the impact. It
appears to continue west of the area shown on the plan. If there are additional stream and wetland impacts
please update the PCN impact table and exhibits accordingly.
Please submit the above information within 30 days of receipt of this Notification or we may consider your application
withdrawn and close the file. Please call or email (George.L.Phillips@usace.army.mil) me if you have any questions.
