Hello Leamon,
A permittee is trying to terminate their NCGO1 permit coverage and do to that they need to upload erosion control plan
close-out documentation from the Town. Attached is what the permittee uploaded—a certificate of zoning compliance.
Before I proceed any further with the termination review, would you please provide a copy of the actual close-out
documentation the Town issues or let me know if this project isn't ready for close-out?
The original erosion control plan approval is attached for reference.
