Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on May 20, 2022. Kevin Barnett
was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention.
-Site 2A of permit drawing Station Y1BR 12+60 RT - Additional measures needed around culvert outlet at base of slope.
Also need additional stone at last check below diversion.
-Site 1 Y1AR Station 14+20 LT - Need additional measures around headwall of culvert.
NPDES records were not available on site. Please ensure that records are up to date and kept on site at all times.
