Inspection Summary:
The inspection was requested by the facility concerning the tiered status acheived by benchmark exceedances. The
facility was advised of house keeping issues, which if addressed, will help lower those exceedances. The facility's pond
maintenance was also discussed. Please implement discussed changes and do not hesitate to call if there are any other
problems.
