Because the only outfall at the facility is currently heavily influenced by the construction activity and not by the industrial activity, the construction stormwater permit is considered the prevailing permit under the current site conditions. Once construction is complete and the site is stabilized, the exisitng industiral stormwater permit, NCG030452, will resume enforce. The expected completion date is April 2014.
