1 am sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits into it's sanitary sewer system on the following dates (with amounts). March 12"'. 13i3' and
141I' (425,100 gals averaged out over this particular weekend). This event was in response to 1.8" of rainfall
over the period. To this date the freeboard at the Town's W WTP Storage Lagoon stands at 3'9". The
Town's Public Works Staff continues to work diligently to address I & I issues in our system.
