Previously Defined Purpose: Implement measures to maintain the integrity and viability of the transportation system with minimal interruption of traffic service due to a moderate storm event in Hatteras Village for a period of 15 years. (For the purposes of the Feasibility Study, a 50 -year timeframe is being evaluated.)
