Just checked the tracking information – its says it was refused for delivery, so its sitting at the Fed-Ex hub in Raleigh. We
will attempt to go get it tomorrow and hand deliver it to your office. Sorry for the confusion – not sure what is going on.

Thanks for the notification. The permitting information was sent in two packages. There should have also been a Fed-Ex
tube that included the two full size copies of the plans. They were both sent to the same address on the same day.

Hey Kevin-

We got an application package for Ring Creek in Surry County. The cover letter indicated that three sets of
11x17 site plans and two sets of full site plans were included, however we did not get any full size site plans in
the package. Are those en route? Just wanted to check before sending an official “add info request” letter.
