Dear Mr. Lawyer:
Hanson Aggregates Southeast LLC is hereby submitting the original, signed hard copies of the
1 St quarter-2022 Data Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for each stormwater permitted facility located in
the Raleigh region. Those NC sites are listed in the table below. For each site, we have included
DMRs for each wastewater outfall and DMRs for each stormwater DMR.

Outfalls to Outstanding Resource Waters (ORW) and High Quality Waters (HQW) have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of
and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of . Outfalls to Trout Waters (Tr) and Primary Nursery Areas (PNA) have a Monthly Average Effluent
Limit for TS5 of 10 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 15 mg/L. Industrial Sand and Phosphate mines discharging to all other water
classification have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 25 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 45 mg/L.
