Thank you foi your letter thal. we have received in response to the notice of violation and the
intent to assess civil penalty. We regret that United World Mission violated our effluent
pL,ianieters nitrogen ammonia concentration (C0610) on 2 / 28 / 2022 with a monthly average
exceeding the required limit of a value 11..46 mg / L. We have done things to correct our
nitrogen ammonia problems such as installing another inline filter, increasing doses of
chemicals, pumping out our septic tanks, cleansing of Filters and listening to advice from
qualifiers operators. Also, we are discussing the possibility of installing a septic drain field on
United World Mission arounds with an engineer. United World Mission requests your grace in
