As was outlined in the email sent April 8, 2022 (attached for reference), the two electronic payments made on April 4 were subsequently rejected by the bank on April 8 citing the account an invalid. As a result, each rejected payment was charged a $25 returned item fee. You will not be able to close the erosion control plan for this project until the outstanding fees have been resolved. To resolve the outstanding annual fees, a $250 check payment must be issued to NC DEQ. The payment must be received by Tuesday, May 3 2022. Please mail the check to the Stormwater Program at 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640J, Raleigh, NC 27604. Our Mooresville Regional Office and my Section Management are copied on the communication.
