Subject: FW: [External] Lake Royale - 210 Choctaw Dr Permit Application
Hey Sheri,
Lindsey Hesch just reached out and let me know she tried to drop a hard copy of the Shoreline Stabilization Application
off at the Archdale Building. It seemed to have somehow ended up in the Public Water Supply Section before they
figured out where Paul's office was. Karen Pochala-Peck just let me know that the envelope should be outside Paul's
office now, so I wanted to give you a heads up to be on the lookout for it.
Lindsey did send me an electronic copy (attached) of the Shoreline Stabilization form.
I admit I have no idea where Paul's office is either!
Thanks!

Dear April and Colleen,
Thank you for the assistance to -date in addressing my questions and concerns. I am formally requesting a RGP 56/80,
and GC 4498/4499 unless you feel another course is more appropriate.
Given that fill requires an individual WQC, and due to the logistics and cost of trying to get fill in a larger quantity to my
shoreline down my extremely steep slope, please note that I am no longer proposing to tie into my neighbor's seawall. I
will simply focus on bulkhead and dock installation, and am hoping to add some riprap between our properties following
bulkhead construction at the shoreline to help alleviate any erosion between the properties as best we can.
I have attached the application and my previous DEQ pre-app form, though note some of the description of work has
since changed from that request.
I will mail three copies of the application to DEQ with a check for $240 this week. If a fee or hard copy is desired by the
USACE, please let me know.
Thank you again for your patience and assistance! Please let me know if you have any questions, concerns, or need
additional info. I know you have a lot on your plates, but if you are able to get to this sooner rather than later ahead of
boat traffic picking up, I would greatly appreciate it. I have to receive county and POA permits as well after receiving
these. I wish I could have applied sooner but it has been challenging to find a contractor and solution for the job. Thank
you again :)
Sincerely,
Lindsey Hesch, PWS
