Sending this email to document our conversation. Can you confirm that the below is accurate as to what we discussed? Feel free to modify or expand on the language as necessary. - The USACE intends to issue the 404 authorization as submitted because the wetland impacts proposed rely solely on a PJD - The USACE will not pursue a violation in the future for any potential impacts to non -jurisdictional features located outside of the PJD area - Once the 404/401 is issued for the site and compensatory mitigation is paid, the project is clear to move forward with no further coordination/authorizations from the USACE i As we discussed, I will be out for the next few weeks and Emma and Jason will be handling the progress on this one.
