Doug, Based on the PRC The Home was built in 1994, according to the permitting I see 1975 on the PRC card indicating the lot. I have also included the Catawba Riparian Buffer form, along with pictures. Please let me know if you need anything else to complete my application and permission to install my walkway to the dock. First, if you could fill out and return the attached Catawba Riparian Buffer form, that would be most appreciated. I've attached it in two formats. Just use whichever one works best for you. Second, do you know when you property was originally subdivided. If it was before June 3otl', zoo', then you do indeed only have a 30' buffer. If it was after the aforementioned date, then you have a two zone so' buffer and you would be most likely be impacting both zones. If you could get back to me on these things, I can continue working on the application.
